Digital Coordinator
Penn Leads The Vote, Penn’s nonpartisan, student-led voter engagement and education organization housed in the Netter Center in partnership with the Office of Government and Community Affairs, seeks a qualified candidate to join the PLTV team as Digital Coordinator.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating copy and posting content on Penn Leads the Vote social media channels (graphics will be handled by designer)
- Managing all aspects of social media (posting and reposting, responding to dms, updating linktree, etc).
- Drafting and sending PLTV listserv emails
- Working with Designer and leadership to maintain and update digital brand
- Managing Social Media and Content Creation Fellows alongside the Designer
- Assisting with other duties as they arise within the organization, such as staffing tables
We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Demonstrated interest in voter and civic engagement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, team, and organizational skills
- Ability to complete high priority tasks on a tight deadline
- Robust problem solving skills and outside-the-box thinking
- Experience managing social media accounts is a plus
- Experience with MailChimp, MyEmma, or similar email service is a plus
- Available for mandatory weekly team meetings once a week

Graduate Partnerships Coordinator
Penn Leads The Vote, Penn’s nonpartisan, student-led voter engagement and education organization housed in the Netter Center in partnership with the Office of Government and Community Affairs, seeks a qualified candidate to join the PLTV team as Graduate Partnerships Coordinator.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage communications between PLTV and our graduate partner organizations
- Develop relationships with graduate student organizations
- Explore opportunities for partnership development and organizational collaboration
- Facilitate event opportunities for graduate student outreach (ie Grad Fair)
- Develop coordinated graduate student outreach plan
- Assist with other duties as they arise within the organization
We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Enrolled in a graduate program at Penn
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Interest in voter and civic engagement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, team, and organizational skills
- Ability to complete high priority tasks on a tight deadline
- Robust problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience with grant-writing and fundraising is a plus
- Available for mandatory weekly team meetings once a week

Events Coordinator
Penn Leads The Vote, Penn’s nonpartisan, student-led voter engagement and education organization housed in the Netter Center in partnership with the Office of Government and Community Affairs, seeks a qualified candidate to assist as Events Coordinator.
As Events Coordinator, responsibilities would include:
- Planning for all PLTV events including tabling, events with partner organizations, and larger events for registration and election day
- Coordinating all logistics for events such as space and table reservations and acquiring materials
- Working with Field Organizer in gathering and managing volunteers for events
- Manage communication with other organizations for event partnerships
- Assist with other duties as they arise within the organization
We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong writing skills and comfortable presenting to large groups
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to triage crises and coordinate many moving parts at once
- Commitment to PLTV’s mission and a self-starter attitude to take initiative
- Experience with event planning and logistical coordination is a plus

Research and Analytics Coordinator
Penn Leads The Vote, Penn’s nonpartisan, student-led voter engagement and education organization housed in the Netter Center in partnership with the Office of Government and Community Affairs, seeks a qualified candidate to assist as Research and Analytics Coordinator.
As a Research and Analytics Coordinator, responsibilities would include:
- Conduct research around voting habits and policies throughout the country
- Create and test strategies to improve Penn Leads the Vote’s efforts such as message frames, communication styles, design recommendations, and more
- Communicate with external organizations conducting surveys around student voting and conducting research on effective engagement
- Lead a team of student volunteers conducting their own research
- Compile and analyze data pertaining to PLTV’s mission and voting trends locally, state-wide, and nationally
- Develop summary reports and data analysis on campus and community voting trends in Philadelphia
- Track weekly PLTV impact and share these findings at weekly team meetings
We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to write and present clear, concise reports based on data research
- Demonstrated research and analytical skills, and ability to work well on a team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment, including presentations and research summaries
- Commitment to PLTV’s mission and a self-starter attitude to take initiative on projects and research
- Experience with datasets and analysis (R, Python, Stata, SPSS, Excel)
- Experience conducting surveys is a plus
- Free for mandatory weekly team meetings once a week

Tabling Coordinator
Penn Leads The Vote, Penn’s nonpartisan, student-led voter engagement and education organization housed in the Netter Center in partnership with the Office of Government and Community Affairs, seeks 2 qualified candidates to join the PLTV team as Tabling Coordinators.
Responsibilities will include:
- Staffing PLTV events
- Work with the Events Coordinator to ensure that events are staffed
- Manage communications with volunteers
- Work with the Digital Coordinator to conduct outreach to potential volunteers
- Assist with other duties as they arise within the organization
We are looking for someone who possesses the following:
- Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Interest in voter and civic engagement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, team, and organizational skills
- Robust problem solving skills
- Demonstrated experience with voter registration or general event volunteering is a plus
- Available for mandatory weekly team meetings once a week
