Register to Vote In-Person

Prefer to register in Pennsylvania using a paper form? There are many options available to you!

Make sure you fill out your form correctly by viewing our sample!

Option 1: Download, complete, and mail-in a paper registration form. Note: postage is required. If you are registering to vote in Philadelphia, mail the form to 520 N. Columbus Blvd, 5th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19123. You may also hand deliver your registration form to the same address.

Option 2: Register in-person at Room 142 in the Philadelphia City Hall.

Option 3: Register at a Penn Leads the Vote event. If you are interested in having PLTV host a registration table at your next event or meeting, email us!

Confirm Your Registration

This tool will help you check whether your voter registration information has been processed and is up-to-date. If anything critical has changed since your last registration, like your address or name, you will need to update your registration information below.

Please note that, depending on your state, the database can be sensitive to abbreviations, like “St.” vs “Street” or “Dan” vs “Daniel”. To avoid confusion, complete the form as you remember registering. Contact for additional help and check this privacy page if you have any concerns.
